ARTIST INFORMATION
A WINDOW ON ITALIAN ART FROM 1900 TO NOWADAYS
The artistic-cultural association ENCYCLOPEDIA D’ARTE ITALIANA, General Catalog of Artists from 900 to Today, provides a privileged channel for artists who wish to make known or highlight their creations. Through its portal, it aims to photograph the scenario of Italian art and to promote its interpreters through communication with a strong media impact. The application procedure for membership is very simple: just send a related e-mail with a brief biography and 5 photos of works to the address ass.enci@libero.it, after which the Scientific Committee meets to decide whether or not the suitability of the Artist. In this context it is possible to present the biography, the photographs of the works with the relative quotations, the reviews and the events in which one has participated over the years. Each Artist will be able to decide independently the material to be published. Although the Association uses a single portal, qualified and of absolute prestige, we wanted to contain membership costs, to allow the greatest number of artists to participate in an initiative that will not fail to bring benefits in terms of notoriety and economic evaluation. It is unique: you have free access to the biographies of the artists combined with the quotations of their works, and it is also usable by foreign collectors and art lovers as the institutional texts on the Home Page and the information are in English. It should not be forgotten that the ITALIAN ART ENCYCLOPEDY is the first portal in the world, in the "art encyclopedia," sector on all major search engines. (Google, Yahoo, etc.)
Three possible admissions:
COMMON MEMBER – € 150 1^year - € 130 the following years
It offers 1500-character line equal to about 18 lines + 2 photos of works.Inside you can include biography, reviews, exhibition you attended, artistic characteristic and everything you desire to better define your own activity.It is very important to state personal reference: address, telephone number, e-mail and website if you have.Concerning the quotation it is absolutely necessary to refer the source: if it deals with public auction you must state the price, the title of your work, the brushwork (oil, tempera, lithography. etc.), size, place, day, month, year of the auction and the organizer. If you don’t have these data, we state the quotation given by the artist.
DUES-PAYING MEMBER - € 180 1^ year – € 150 the following years
It offers 5500-character line equal to about 65 lines + 4 photos of works. Inside you can include biography, reviews, exhibition you attended, artistic characteristic and everything you desire to better define your own activity.It is very important to state personal reference: address, telephone number, e-mail and website if you have.Concerning the quotation it is absolutely necessary to refer the source: if it deals with public auction you must state the price, the title of your work, the brushwork (oil, tempera, lithography etc.), size , place, day, month, year of the auction and the organizer. If you don’t have these data, we state the quotation given by the artist.
MERITORIOUS MEMBER - € 240 1^ year – € 180 the following years
It offers 5500-character line equal to about 65 lines and the insertion of 10 photos of works + 1 photo of the artist. Inside you can include biography, reviews, exhibition you attended, artistic performance and everything you desire to better define your own activity.It is very important to state personal reference: address, telephone number, e-mail and website if you have.Concerning the quotation it is absolutely necessary to refer the source: if it deals with public auction you must state the price, the title of your work, the brushwork (oil, tempera, lithography and i.e.), size , place, day, month, year of the auction and the organizer. If you don’t have these data, we state the quotation given by the artist.

At the enrolment receipt, it will be sent a confirmation by e.mail.
